As a coach I draw on over 20 years experience of consultancy and senior positions in sales and general management, primarily in the IT and the on-line financial information industry. As a consultant I was engaged on projects as diverse as the government sponsored Enterprise in Higher Education Programme, the roll-out of Channel 5 television and the development and management of a small mental health charity.
I became a coach in 2005 because, for many years, I had been personally committed to the path of my own self-development and I discovered great satisfaction in helping others who wanted to do the same. Coaching is an extension of who I am rather than a job I do, or a role I assume. It is work I am passionate about.
I have a Masters Degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, London University; and a Certificate in Coaching from Coaching Development Ltd. Above all, I bring to my work the maturity, insights and experiences learned over many years of continuous professional and personal development.
