The first step is to call or email me to arrange an informal meeting where we can discuss your objectives, talk about how you might benefit from coaching and test the chemistry between us.

If we both feel that there is a fit, we will then agree a coaching programme that meets your needs. The frequency and duration will vary, depending on the coaching objectives and the urgency for resolution, but a typical programme will consist of 6 face-to-face confidential sessions lasting up to 2 hours each.

Although I will respond in different ways to different individual needs, my approach is fundamentally facilitative  – crucially I enable my clients to reveal the way forward. However I will challenge unproductive thinking or make suggestions where appropriate.

I also hold my client’s interests paramount and provide unconditional support throughout the coaching programme.
