It is in everyone’s power to be more effective at work.
Most people who carry serious responsibilities, wonder from time-to-time whether they are doing their job as well as they could and what that shortfall is costing them. But how can they raise their game? How can they get the best out of themselves and ease the pressure?
My clients rarely want help from someone who wants to tell them how to do their job. Instead they ask me to help them make better use of their own abilities. My role as a coach is to help them obtain a fresh objective view of their situation, challenge unproductive thinking, help them think more creatively about what they can do and support them as they take action.
I work with private and public sector organisations of all sizes, primarily at director level.
